Mr Victor Mulangisi has over two decades of experience in journalism, editing and proofreading. He holds a certificate as a published writer from UK and diploma in creative writing from the Writers Bureau, UK and is currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Journalism at Falmouth University, England. He started his career in Zimbabwe in 1998 where he worked as a journalist for 6 years in the Chronicle newspaper. He then moved to Botswana where he joined the Kutlwano magazine and later The Writer magazine where he worked as a news editor until 2009. In 2010, Mulangisi joined the Kathu Gazette where he made significant footprint in the media space in the Northern Cape, South Africa. During his journey to prominence in the media fraternity, Mr Mulangisi also had brief stints in Swaziland and Namibia, acquainting himself with different cultures and winning awards in the process. He has spearheaded all the projects in this company since inception to date while doubling as a journalist.

Menzi is a highly motivated, innovative and goal oriented strategic business leader. He holds a certificate in Scientific Writing and Critical thinking, a Post-graduate Diploma in Project Management and is currently enrolled for a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) at the University of Zambia. Menzi also has a Higher National Diploma in Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy and experience in Mining environments, which is fundamental in assisting mining entities come up with training manuals as well as periodic reports and analysis. He has also been involved in all projects that Northern Wordsmith Centre has undertaken, and identifies and nurtures talent to ensure constant business perpetuation in the generations to come.

Mrs Sidanile Mulangisi holds a Bachelor of Education Honours degree from the University of Pretoria. She has over three decades experience in English teaching and writing. Sidanile has been an ever-present figure in the building of the company to what it is today. Together with her husband, Victor, they have nurtured this young growing business to become not just a family business, but also create employment opportunities for the youth around in the near future.

Mellisa holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Accounting from Monash University and is currently enrolled for a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Accounting at the University of South Africa. She has experience in budgeting and annual financial report writing. She joined the company as an intern and has since grown to be a client liaison and internally, an advisor and costing manager.
